Elspeth & I became friends in the summer of 1983- when Matthew and my son Alex became friends-and I was blessed to have met such a wonderful person because there was something unique in Elspeth’s nature that was truly exceptional- So we were to spend the next years sharing so many happy times and experiences- Usually we would drop the boys to school and then meet in the park for a morning walk with our dogs Jasper and Kenzie-chatting and making plans for the week ahead. Then in the summer time -Kenwood lakeside concerts a picnic and wine and soak up the atmosphere- such lovely memories - The Fireworks on bonfire night and baked potatoes and sausages in the garden all full of fun and excitement- Christmas get togethers, always loved being invited to Elspeth- when the time came she always made it so special- - We had so many very happy times. But I will remember Elspeth for her Compassion and thoughtfulness and warmth that surrounded her soul You will always be in my heart and my thoughts Elspeth- Rest in Peace- Helene Carlton 28/12/20
